I tried so hard to give this site a chance, I TRIED SO HARD to like it, to try and give it at least SOMEWHAT of an opportunity to prove itself and MAYBE become my new art hub for now on. But what did I get instead? Nothing but the following:

1. (THE MAIN REASON I'M LEAVING) An UTTERLY incompetent IT department and staff who have no clue what the Hell they are actually doing. Like, what other sites could diagnose in 30 minutes, Newgrounds would have to switch to maintenance mode for 5 HOURS to fix. I don't know what the Hell is wrong with Newgrounds' maintenance staff, but holy shit, if DeviantArt did the same stuff, you'd have Deviants (DA USERS NOT LIKE PERVERTS OR ANYTHING) rioting in the streets and making January 6th or even the French Revolution look like a peaceful protest! Like, this isn't an IT issue or a staffing issue. This is a core management issue with the site and its IT Team itself. In fact, in all honesty, this seems to be such a core systemic issue that the only solution genuinely seems to be just wiping the slate clean with the team and starting over and actually hiring based on skill rather than whatever the Hell they hire off of right now.
2. Corruption and gatekeeping at every turn. Now, I've never suffered any of this myself, but I have heard horror stories of people getting unfairly targeted and rules being unevenly enforced by biased mods just simply because they don't like someone or hold personal grudges over past incidents. Sometimes, this shit results in entire galleries being deleted because of fights and arguments between people and it just...Yeah, I don't know, I don't really wanna be on a site that is known for a history of gatekeeping.
3. ARCHAIC ASS SYSTEMS THAT STILL HARD CODE SHIT LIKE NAMES SO THEY CAN'T BE CHANGED! How the Hell is that acceptable?! Like the lack of modernization really bothers me to a great degree and, though I tried to look over it, it has on numerous occasions reared its ugly head.

So yeah, in other words, to put it simply, yeah, I don't know about using this site anymore. It's just one big problem after another and the owner is too busy fancying himself as a "Genius of the Internet" too do anything about it. Screw this site and screw its nepotistic stupid owners! I'm done here! The only thing I'll really do here is just check on the artists I follow (WHEN THIS SHITTY ASS SITE WORKS), but other than that, yeah I'm not gonna be on this site anymore.
